Looks awesome! Did you wrap it around the cotton or fluff it after threading?

I wrapped it with 28 gauge kanthal and it came out to 1.9 ohms.
Wrapped it around a 1/16" drill bit.

Looks a lot prettier than my first one. God I wish I had a picture of that just for laughs. Wrapped around a toothpick and looked like a spring from a pen, except the wires were in no way spaced evenly. And yes, it was supposed to be a micro-coil.
With 28awg, the first hit may be just a tad weaker as it takes a longer time to heat up. But it keeps it's heat for a longer time, and the subsequent hits should be all peachy.

Willy if you have a Harbor Freight in your area you can pick up a micro torch for 7 bucks and some change, that's what I did and it works great.

I've been using dual micro coils before and the flavor was definitely fantastic! save some vapor loss but it did double the battery life.

mt first 2 were not good but i have gotten alot better im going to try not torching first using a rip tripper method of heating on the device and pinching with tweezers till heats from the center out

Looks very nice... Just made my first microcoil/cotton setup for a Squape clone (9 truns of 30ga. Kanthal around a 2mm screwdriver. Too many turns. About 1.9 ohms) . and had a bit of trouble at first. I actually didn't use enough cotton. Bubbled and gurgled way too much. Second try was better as I used more cotton. Problem I'm having now is getting the "pull side" to fluff up (the pointy end). The back end seems to come out OK. Any tips on getting the leading edge to fluff up as nice as the back end before it's clipped off.

something im def gonna have a go at soon as everyone is recomending them over conventional coils
Amen Jester, Ive got all the wire, torch, etc. just trying to get the guts to do it.
