Just wanted to share an interesting story. Earlier this morning I built my first mod. Nothing revolutionary, but it's a no-frills 18650 altoids mod. Not bad for like 4 bucks I spent to build it (excluding battery). No LED, etc, but I was looking for a cheap mod that I can take places that I dont want to take my more expensive PV's. Simple, compact, long battery life, and acts as a storage box for the 3 ml DCT.
On another note. A few hours after building it I was walking around the local mall and stumbled across a kiosk with a guy trying to sell ecigs. Well I started talking to the guy and I showed him the mod. He looked at me like a weirdo! His comments were "what is the button for", "well you don't know what your inhaling",etc.
I started telling him the PG/VG ratio, nic content, etc. and he actually said "What is all that?"
Seriously?? These guys are selling products they have no idea what they are! He was lost, and looking at my mod as "inferior!" If only he knew his products have like a 110mah battery compared to 2200mah!!! c'mon! lol Just thought it was an interesting story. These are the guys that are presenting vaping to the public.
