Couple tips:

- Make sure you have set the reading to 2000, this will measure in 0.1 increments

- Dont touch the metal part of the probes! Doing so will severely alter your readings.

- Zero out your multimeter. Do this by touching the leads to each other and noting the measurement. subtract this value from any final value you obtain when testing.

- Make solid, consistent connections. Any movement while testing will alter your results. If one lead is touched to the device flat, while the other on its point, you may also encounter problems. It is best to simply touch the point in all cases.

hi
there are Kanger OHM meters on the market, digital display, 510 connector, usb and batt. powered
got one of theme, works good

google it
hope it helps

Those are better than a cheap multimeter but you can't measure a battery or troubleshoot problems with them. I would kind of like to have one to build on but taking the atty. off of my mech every time I decide to reecoil seems like an unneeded pain.
