First order.. did I get everything I need?

Hi all,

I've been smoking Kools for about 15 years now and first tried vaping about 2 weeks ago after purchasing a disposable e-cig from a local gas station. I then became interested in buying a longer term e-cig (with a rechargeable battery) and via Google, I became interested in the V2.

However, before I placed my order with them, I found this forum and read a few posts and decided to make my first order a few minutes ago with altsmoke. I was just wondering if I purchased all of the components I need for successful vaping or if I missed anything. Here is my order:

- eGo-C Twist Battery (Stainless Steel)
- eGo Series - USB Battery Charger
- T2 Clearomizer - 2.4ml Changeable Coil (Gray)
- T2 Clearomizer - Replacement Coil (Atomizer Head) (T2 Coil Resistance 2.4Ω - 2.6Ω)
- Boge - SC - Stainless Steel Cartomizers (3.0Ω - Standard Resistance)
- Apple Frost (18mg)

As you can tell, I still have a lot more research to do, but I just got tired of waiting and finally just thought that I'd place my order and figure out everything after I received it. I do realize I got stuff I may not need, but I will put them to the side for the future.

Anyways, thanks a lot for any help or recommendations to go with what I have...or letting me know I did good for my first/second order and I got everything I need.......I promise not to be ignorant about all of this for too much longer.

Always good to have several different juice delivery systems. I would recommend 2 batteries always. You need something to use while one is charging or should one fail. Be aware the average vaper use between 3-5ml of juice daily so you can plan for that. I love the vivi nova and have not used the t2 clearo.

Hiya - I think it's good to have the clearos and cartos - you can see which kind you like. Also clearos can sometimes leak a bit, so cartos can be better for some places I've found. I would suggest getting a back up battery - even just a cheap standard Ego that you can use with your cartos/clearos.
And when ordering some more juice maybe buy a few small sample bottles 5-10ml of different kinds so you can see which ones you like.

Definitely want more than one battery to start. No matter how big of battery, it will eventually go dead.

well thats a start. I actually purchased a kit with 2 ego knockoffs. bad move it seems now but it worked for a while. the twist is what I have now. I love the twist. Paired with my mini viva, it makes a lot of vapor. I also have a ego spinner but it died in lass than a week and is on its way back to smoktek. I also have a vmax, and an apollo vtube on the way along with more tanks, cartos and attys. I have spent a lot of money in the past 2 weeks and I hope its worth it. I am already tasting my food again.

did i mention juice? lol juice juice juice. I have not found any great juices yet. Congrats on your venture to quit. Good luck.

Get a second or third or 8th battery. Backups for you backups is what you want.

If you only bought one bottle of liquid get some more. Plan on using at minimum 2ml a day. Like posted previously, most people use 3-5ml.

Adding to the backup battery idea, you need several clearos too. When you start liking several different juices, you would want a certain juice exclusively used in one clearo as some flavors tastes bad when mixed.

Yes, you can never have too many attys, cartos, tanks, Vivi Novas, etc... on hand.

I've got at least 50 cartos (new, lots more cleaned ones that are meh), several tanks, multiple Vivi Novas, stuff to rebuild Vivi Novas and a metric .... ton of attys sitting in a drawer. I've got probably 2+ months worth of liquid sitting around as well that I'm not too fond of, but it will work if I need it.

The shipping is pretty cheap, so I will definitely be buying another battery (didn't know if I should get another twist or try something else) after I receive my first two orders

don't know if anyone had mentioned it before this but...those 3.0 ohm boges are gonna vape like crap on the twist....i'd probably try to find some lower resistance cartos like 2.0 or 2.5...other than that looks good.

You did GREAT! I needed a lot more hand-holding so you sure did read and absorb well!

One thing already mentioned: You GOTTA have a 2nd battery. If you're going to order and pay shipping, then I"d suggest getting TWO. (backup for your backup). If you got a 650mAh the first time, get one more of those, then a 900 or 1100mAH for your 3rd.
