No, I'm not reviewing any juices in this thread. Today I am reviewing how amazing Tasty Vapor's customer service is.
So I decided recently to get a 510 upgrade and was looking at getting an eGo/Tornado. A friend told me to check out the eGo from Tasty Vapor as this is where he purchased his. Not only seeing the price $25 cheaper than most other retailers, but after reading Geoff's mission statement and some of the threads he posted here, I was shocked. I really do respect business owner's with the type of attitude that Geoff publicly displays and finding someone like that is really rare in today's society (Especially in the states!).
Two crises occurred after my purchase from Tasty Vapor, neither of which were TV's fault to begin with, but my own.
1.) I noticed the shipping address had the wrong state listed. The order transaction went from "Pending" to "Shipped" in about 30 minutes. Any other day I would have been ecstatic with how fast this went, but I didn't even realize that the order had the wrong state listed until I received my shipping confirmation!
2.) My stress level rose through the roof after it had donned on me that my shipment would be arriving halfway across the country from where I lived. This was the closest I have ever been to picking up an analog, walking outside, and lighting up since I started vaping e-cigs.
I contacted customer service through the live help feature once I realized the mistake. Ramilya immediately had my problem fixed in 15 minutes flat! Ten minutes of that was Ramilya and I just having friendly banter with me shooting questions about different juices and PG/VG amounts. I could not believe how friendly and pleasing the CS experience was and how smooth they fixed my problem.
I am extremely impressed with TV's customer service after something like this. It was rather embarrassing since I worked at a shipment and distribution warehouse 6 years ago and know how much of a hassle something like the mistake I made can be for a distributor. I will definitely be buying some juice from you guys soon for my new eGo. Thanks again if you're reading this Ramilya!
