vape-A-licious is fantastic. Love the STL Gooey even better (gasp!) than KVB, although I love them both for different things. AG's dream and Banana nut are wonderful as well.

I was so impressed with the GBC that I immediately ordered the largest size bottle they sell (FYI, I've only ever done that with 2 other juices, in my 2+ yrs of vaping) and also ordered a whole bunch of samples. If any one of them is even close to being as good as GBC, I'll be in absolute Heaven!! (For inquiring minds, I ordered: Strawberrylemalaid, puffy(?)pillow, sinmint, vape heaven and AG's dream)
For anyone who's tried both, how does this compare to KBV's Gooey Better Cake?
Having been utterly seduced with great delight by Vapelicious' StL Gooey Butter Cake, I wanted to see how Kick Bass Vapor's version---called Gooey Better Cake---might fare by comparison. So, I ordered some, which came in the mail today.
First I atty-dripped it (using a Joye 1.5 ohm LR atty run at 4 volts), then I loaded it up into a cartomizer (a 1.7 ohm XL SLB Resurrector, my current fave carto, along with dual coils), and vaped it head-to-head with StL GBC, which I keep loaded and topped off in a 1.5 ohm mega XL dual coil. I used two Madvapes VV boxes for power, set to 4.1 volts. (Those particular mods concentrate flavors better and hit harder than any other PVs I own.)
As we know, KBV is very good at sweet dessert vapes, and their Gooey Better Cake has that signature KBV sweet taste. The overall profile is flavorful as well, with a quite obvious cakiness that has lovely depth. BUT (and I say this without meaning any offense to the good folks at KBV), their version of this regional delicacy cannot hold a candle to Vapelicious StL GBC, in my opinion.
Candy's juice excels in two elements---it's extremely rich, and---just like the name says---over-the-top gooey and buttery. In all honesty, I wouldn't use either term to describe KBV's, which comes off to me as rich, sweet cake.
Now, I was born and raised in St. Louis, and I actually ate gooey butter cake as a kid back in the 1950s. But that was more than half a century ago, and though I recall clearly what the dessert looked like and how different it was from "regular" cake, time has dimmed my taste memory sufficiently that I couldn't begin to judge which of the two juices is closer to accurately replicating the flavor of the real thing. All I know for sure is that the KBV version is a good, flavorful juice, while Candy's version is a truly phenomenal juice, one that makes your brain sit up, take notice, and say, "Wow, I've never vaped anything like this before!"
Just my two cents. Your mileage may vary.
I like everything that Candy makes. She knows what she's doing. Vape Heaven, Goddess, AG's Dream-all super good!
I have tried 3 different vendors of the Gooey butter cake. Vapealicious won my taste buds contest.
