Which Greg tells me is based off the Joye 306. Good? Should I get it for my Mom given everything above??
Well, I know there different kinds of 306 models, and I don't know how they differ from one another. I can only speak to the 306A model which I received two days ago. And what I will tell you is this is a pretty sweet little model.

It is so much lighter than my NPro I can hardly believe it. And it is so small I can actually hold it like a real cigarette. The atomizer took a little breaking in, but it is working great now and it gives me a pretty decent amount of vapor, although not quite as much as my NPro. If she doesn't need a cloud of vapor then that shouldn't be a big problem for her.

Also, unlike my NPro, it has a nice, smooth, easy draw.
And the automatic battery is much less of struggle.

Since it's so small, though, I am sure the battery life is going to be miserable.
So she MAY need two of them to make it through a day even with as little as she smokes.

And the cartridge is really small so it will require frequent refilling.
And that will be a pain because the cartridge is recessed so not easily accessible.

But two VERY nice things about the 306A is that it has an exposed atomizer in case she decides later that she would like to dip. And it is compatible with the 510 which means she can also get a manual battery and a PCC for it if she wants. And with the 510 manual battery it really kicks the vapor production and throat hit up a few notches. And it also means she can use that manual battery for dripping without any concerns about gumming up the works, if she wants.

On the other hand if a 306 is NOT the same as a 306A then forget what I said.
