First time tank user

I just purchased a low resistance tank cartomizer for my 510 box mod. I'm loving the way it hits and I don't have to fill it multiple times a day. However, and I can't seem to find this exact question asked, is it supposed to use MORE juice than just a regular carto? I added what I thought was 3ml to it yesterday and It's already down to 1ml and I've never gone through that much juice in only half a day. Is it hiding inside the internal cartomizer? I can guarantee 100% that it's not leaking, but just wanted to know if what I'm experiencing is typical.


Basically, using regular 2.5ohm 510 cartomizers, it took me a month and a half to go through 50ml of juice.

You have a carto tank that holds 10mls? Anyway, i just received my first carto tank 2 days ago and I'm also experiencing a higher rate of juice burn, though I can't offer an explanation why.

If you were using standard resistance before, and are using low resistance now your juice usage should increase.
Basically you are turning up the heat with a LR atty so it will use a little more.
