Hi all,
I have put my analog down two months ago. To begin with it was very good, the e-cig I am using is V-cig Mini (I hope some of you know of it), but it seems the atomiser is getting weeker, and the nicotine kick is nowhere near as strong as it was to start with. I am not quite sure how frequently I need to change batteries or atomizers, so please if you have any information regardingthis, let me know.
I would also like to ask if anyone knows of the V-cig brand, and can tell me whether it is a good option, or shall I try something else.
I know that it is up to the individual which type they like most, but buying starter kits for every single brand can be a little exhausting on the pocket.
I have been smoking for about 10 years (about 10-15 cigarettes/day) and am determined to quit full stop, as I am planning on having a family, and now that I have got married the urge is stronger.
Since the intensity of my V-cig decreased, I am craving it more and more, and do not want to go back to normal cigarettes. I know I am strong enough, but I can get very stressed when I do not seem to get my nicotine craving satisfied.
My husband and I have now got a pet, which makes things a lot easier at home, but the stress of work can be extremely difficult to deal with at times.
Since I have stopped smoking real cigarettes I have also joined a gym, which I attend 3 times a week, and I feel a lot better without smoking.
I also seem so get a lot more rest during sleep, and my clothes and breath do not smell of smoke, much to the delight of my husband.
Thank you all very much in advance for the advice, and keep up the good work.
