Hi, i'm new here :)
I just bought my first vape, it's the Nexus from vaporesso. I got it filled with liquid at the store, charged it and tried using it a few hours later. I got the airflow open, the temperature on the highest setting and the light blinks white when i take a hit but it produces no vapor.
I already dug though half the internet but i couldn't find a solution, i'd appreciate any sort of help.

Download manuals for vapes | Vaporesso

If your setup didn't come with a manual, I suggest that you download the appropriate manual to trouble shoot your device. I'm not sure what the blinking white light is supposed to indicate.

I wouldn't use the highest setting, at least at first. You Tube is often an excellent source to find information on your vape devices:

I downloaded the users manual but it doesn't have any new information.
I also tried all possible combinations of air flow level and temperature.
Do you have any other ideas what i could try? I already emailed the costumer support but haven't gotten a reply so I thought i could try a forum
Have you tried calling the store where you bought it, or taking it back in so they can check it out.
Probably a bad coil have you tried a different coil?

No, i haven't, the store is in Belgium and the people there only speak French. I'm back in Germany now and can't go there, either.
Not yet, but i have a spare one so i'll try and change it :)

Do you have a local store that you will be buying supplies from like coils & juice? Take it into them, any vape shop has the ability to diagnose a problem and offer a solution.

the temperature on the highest setting

I thought I'd add a note to reduce the chances of confusion. As @dennism said, your device has wattage or power settings, not temperature settings. I'd guess that the shop explained that the vape would be warmer at higher settings, so you're naturally thinking of them as temperature settings. In vaping, temperature settings refer to something else: temperature control vaping, where you select an actual temperature (more-or-less) that you want the coil to reach. You've got power or wattage settings, although it's quite true that they affect the temperature of the vape.

Glad it's sorted out, and welcome to ECF!

The Instructions for the Nexus are misleading, but that is typical for this industry.

Adjustable Temperature Control
  • Long Press To Check Current Mode
  • Three Button Presses to Cycle Between:
    • High, 230 Degrees F
      • White Glow
      • 12.5 W Power Output
      • Default Setting
    • Medium, 210 Degrees F
      • Yellow Glow
      • 10.5 W Power Output
    • Low, 180 Degrees F
      • Red Glow
      • 9 W Power Output
  • Omni Board Mini Safety Measures
    • Auto Temperature Control
    • Low Liquid Detection
    • Short Circuit Protection
    • Overtime Protection
    • Overcharge Protection
