BTW, you did good on your fist rig :)

I wish I had done research here before buying my first equipment. I threw a lot of money down the drain before getting something I really liked. Your rig should perform well, AND serve as a fantastic backup should you eventually decide to move on to a big boy APV

Dont reget it friend, its all good.

I think its pretty terrible... The Cherry RY4 is better, but still not all that great. I really need to try a lot more of them to find something right for me.

You should try halo's version of the RY4, its called Tribeca. Very good stuff in my opinion, my everyday vape.

DIY can be MUCH cheaper, but there is definitely an art to it.

the math isn't so hard, especially when you use 100mg/mL nic concentrate. There are DIY calculators out there for both android and iOS... Biggest thing, IMO is do not screw up the nic level, and make sure you purchase from a reliable source. I get mine from Wizard Labs and have been nothing but pleased. You have total freedom... And for around $80 I can make some ridiculous amount, some 2000+ mL... So what, like 40 cents per 10mL bottle :)

Flavoring is an art though, like I said... When you buy from a vendor, you are paying a lot for intellectual property in the form of a recipe. IMO it's worth it to buy from folks like Alien Visions and Heather's Heavenly, and several others, cause they have some knock out flavors. But if you want to dabble in it, and stumble upon an excellent recipe, the cost savings can be remarkable

oh man, no clue, taste is all subjective... I have only used The Flavors Apprentice stuff, also purchased from Wizard Labs... I'm digging heavy on a Peaches & Cream concoction I came up with. 50/50, 10mg, 10% flavor, mixed 7% peach, 3% sweet cream. Love it...

This is quickly becoming a hijack though, sorry to the OP. Would be glad to continue on the DIY forum though :)

I just started myself, most of the flavors I am toying with are still in 5ml sample bottles still steeping
