I could not believe what I could smell the other day. We were getting in to truck after loading a trailer and the guy helping had just power puffed an analog. I had to ask my wife if I had smelled that horrible after smoking. I haven't been analog free for even a month and the smell was overwhelming!!! Congrats and good luck!!!

I had a similar experience in class a few days ago. A guy smoked like 3 camels in a row then sat next to me; The smell wasn't terrible (I've been around it for a long time), but it did make me appreciate that I don't smell like that anymore

Same here on the smell front. Both as a smoker and a second hand smoker. I really wish people knew that there is a practical alternative to analogs.

On a side note, has anyone got to the stage where when you stop smoking and start coughing up phlegm? A nasty but positive stage. (Health wise)

I never did that and I don't know why. Not that I was looking forward to it but it just never happened.

Just started that lovely stage today. I have a little virus and thought that it was from that until I actually looked at it. As an asthmatic and former healthcare worker, gotta tell you, that was not a virus. But, at least I'm getting rid of it. Big, big yuck!

Hey pure241 and EliXColdiron welcome. I quit analogs in January this year and for about 1.5 months I was coughing up the gunk that had accumulated in my lungs. I smoked about a pack a day of Camels for 25 years. I feel better now. You should as well.

I'm feeling better as time is passing, now I'm just trying to convert the other smokers I know. I just bought a kit for my brother for his birthday and I want to get one for some other people as well.
