Good Morning,

Is there a chance that its the browser you are using? I just checked myself and wasn't having any problems and I haven't heard about any issues from the web team either.

Tried to make an order several times, but it just kept getting slower and slower and kept denying my ability to order (something about the processing gate). Now the site is 100% unavailable.

What's the deal Halo? I feel unsafe ordering from a site in this condition.

Hi Cinder,

I'm having the same problem placing an order, I've tried 4 times and keep getting the same error message below:

Payment authorization error. Gateway temporarily offline. Please try again shortly. (2)(00027)

It does make me feel a bit nervous about continuing to send my credit card info. Something is definitely wrong that I've never experienced ordering from Halo before.

Just double checked, it sounds like there was an internal issue with the site over the weekend but has since be resolved and should be all set. There was never a security issue. Please let me know if there continues to be any issues. Also, try clearing your cookies before you return to the site now, that could be what is continuing to give an error message.
