I suppose that the USPS message should say "Acceptance" by now......which it does not. And anyway they still need to fix the "Processing" thing on the website if everyone is having the same problem....if it's shipped, mark it as such on the website. Otherwise why have any part of the order status at all if the info is erroneous? still doesn't solve my problem, why provide a tracking number when you can't use it to find where the order is. All my other shipments that go first class and have the tracking number have actually been trackable...cept this one......again FIX THIS!

No one can fix the USPS; not even Halo.

Here's what I think happened here:
Your package ships from NJ (Halo doesn't ship from MI)
NJ USPS bungles the package, doesn't scan and sends to the wrong destination (this happened to me months ago)
MI scans and sends to correct destination.
I think this explains both the 'lost day' and the appearance of shipping from MI
Since your getting it today, check the return address, it should be Pompton Plains NJ not somewhere in MI.
Let us know.

My wife just called. Two packages showed up. My Halo E-liquid that I ordered last Saturday. Return label is NJ. The other package is an item I ordered last night from NJ. Wasn't really expecting it yet, but it's here. I've had very good luck with USPS. Worse luck with UPS and FedEx is just plain old bad.

I guess it depends on the local PO, but I can vouch for our local PO. They do a good job and go above and beyond.

I just got back from the post office and still no order from Halo. I did receive my order today from LitCig that I placed on Monday of this week. I still have not received a reply from Halo Customer Service as to the whereabouts of my order. Ya think that they would sometimes read thru their own company thread here on ECF! I got 3 new cartos waiting for new juice and I am really ticked off!

The Halo representative (aka Cinder Ella) is usually here every weekday answering questions and taking part. But she's been gone to a trade show in Las Vegas part of last week and this week. Meanwhile back at the ranch, Halo is temporarily functioning with fewer hands on deck. Your patience would be appreciated. I know it's frustrating, but the lack of tracking info doesn't mean your package isn't on it's way to you. Just hang in there one more day. :)

Hey, I got a package from LiteCig yesterday. I got an Evod and a Mini VapeOnly BCC for my ego twist. What did you get? I really like the VapeOnly mini, it has a cool whistle tip, but it's removable so you can use your favorite drip tip. Hope Halo come up with something like this for the Triton sometime.

I placed an order late Friday evening the 2nd of August, got the email saying that it was shipped (on Saturday), checked the tracking number and it says "electronic shipping info received" (as of today the 7th) ....then I checked my order again on the Halo website (Order#500045084) and it says "processing" . . .

WHAT THE HELL????
WHY ARE YOU SITTING ON MY ORDER?

Sure it's only 2 SAMPLE BOTTLES but if it hasn't already shipped (I mean ACTUALLY shipped) this will be the LAST time I do business with your company!
I tried to send an email via your website but the thing just hangs there like there is a bug on the site....so here it is...
FIX THIS !

You seem very frustrated. Hang in there, the juice is so worth it! And I do know they are a busy company. :)

Got a reply from Halo cs and they said it was shipped regardless of what USPS says. Well it's still not here and it still sas electronic info rcvd....nothing about being accepted from usps. I have never had this happen with usps and will wait....but if it's not here soon, I will probably not order from them again regardless of how good the juice is. Too frustrating not knowing, and their web site is screwed up what with the not showing shipped and the not being able to contact them thru the website, now I hear they are doing a trade show so things aren't running smoothly. Not a good sign of things to come. I will reserve judgement as an order placed with another mfr, shipped the same way 2 days later than they said they shipped theirs, arrived today and theirs has not.

Good Morning Charlz,

Sorry to hear about all your frustration! As a few people have mentioned, I was out all week at a trade show, hence the lack of reply here on ECF. This however should not have affected your shipping. As has also been mentioned, because of the sheer quantity of packages that move through our local PO, many packages only get the initial "electronic shipping info received" update and the "delivered" update on the USPS website. As many of our regulars can attest, this is frustrating but unfortunately just the way our local PO is. We have had people say that their "tracking" still hasn't been updated to delivered even a few days after their package has been delivered so unfortunately the USPS website isnt always accurate. As for our website, I'm not sure why it would still say processing unless that also doesn't update until the package has been delivered. Hopefully you will get your package today. For future reference if you have any questions feel free to contact customer service at support@halocigs.com, they will be able to let you know if your package has indeed shipped from our facility. Please let me know if you have any further questions!

I really don't care when they accept the shipment at USPS as long as it shows that they have. Otherwise I have no recourse but to think they are sitting on it and USPS has not as of yet received the package for acceptance.. Why is everyone else sticking up for HALO when I am the one that is sitting here waiting for the vapemail?

Because, people are correctly answering your question, not "sticking up" for Halo. It is what it is. USPS tracking ranges from fair to dismal, and this is not exactly a breaking head line. If Halo says it has been shipped, then it has, they have never mis-informed me. USPS priority mail tends to have more accurate tracking info than First Class, but even so, is not perfect. If you ordered it First Class, then keep in mind USPS claims a 5 to 7 day delivery period (not including Sunday), though I usually fare better than that.

Granted, it would be better if Halo tighten up their shipping messages, several orders which I have long since received still show as "processing" on the web site. While this is a minor irritation, it is just that, minor.

I have been a Halo customer long enough now to state that Halo does a great job in speedy order fullfillment. I order vaping gear and ejuice from a nummber of sites, and they rank among the quickest and most consistent of those that I deal with on a regular basis.

Truth is that for the most part I am definitely fortunate as USPS response time varies greatly in different regions of the country.

However, just yesterday I received a vape-mail package that had been slit open, and emptied, by USPS, as I have a locked mail box...they simply delivered the opened/empty package...should I get mad at the vendor?

USPS tracking works fine for me. The beginning info may be sketchy, but the delivery trip info is spot on, and that's all I need. It does tell me at least a day ahead of time, that the package will be out for delivery.

I placed an order on the 7th and it still shows "Electronic Shipping Info Received" but knowing the USPS and how their tracking page can be wonky sometimes, I'll not rag on Halo.

But I am going to have to go into rationing mode this weekend with what is left of my Voodoo. Man I love that stuff! :)

Peace out and keep vapin' :vapor:

Well, to be fair, USPS states that tracking for Priority mail is point-to-point, not First Class. Although USPS gives a tracking number with First Class, it is not intended to be point to point.
Especially in the great state of New Jersey! Many states are giving 'extra service', NJ is absolutely NOT, what you pay for is what you get, want better (still not perfect) tracking, pay for priority.

I know EXACTLY what you mean. I'm just about ready to go back to a 510 style instead of my Triton. I love the Triton system, but the shipping is horrible. AGAIN, this week on Tues morning, I ordered the heads for the Triton from Halo - Priority Mail! Same thing with my MtBakerVapor order of juice. Since I ordered with a premium mail service, I thought maybe Halo would be delivered say 3-4 days since last time, I waited about 5 days. The MtBakerVapor juice order got to my mail box in TWO days from Washington state! ITS BEEN 3 DAYS NOW AND TRACKING SAYS IT HASN'T EVEN LEFT New Jersey! All I can think of is it's the sorting facility in New Jersey. Nevertheless, I have to have a vendor that is consistent with shipping and on hand stock. At least with the 510 tanks, there's quite a lot of vendors that sell them. Like I said, I'm just about through with Halo.

I just keep enough stock on hand not to worry about when vape mail arrives.

Ab-so-lutely!

Took me awhile to build up enough, but I can not agree more! While I love instant gratification, and believe me, patience is not my strong suit, ordering by USPS is not always going to result in consistent delivery dates...simple as that, and yes, Halo employees are only human...stuff happens!

Deliveries get held up at sorting facilities, packages get mis-deliverd, or pilfered...its all happened to me, but paying huge premiums for Fed Ex just does not make economical sense for me.

Having enough ejuice and hardware on hand to weather such vagaries leaves me more mellow about this. After all, I vape every day, why constantly keep myself on the edge where a slow or messed up delivery means going without?

I really do not mean to infer that folks have no right to beef about delivery issues, but if you order enough stuff, you will soon understand that nobody is immune to ocasional shipping woes.

MBV is another of my favorite vendors, and their shipping is almost uncannily good...but even they miss-fill the ocasional order, have an unexpected shortage, or flat out have USPS issues. If anyone claims that a vendor never misses a speedy ship date, or gets clocked by USPS, then they just have not ordered from them that often.

OK.......first to HALO, my apologies. The order arrived yesterday, I checked the USPS tracking and you all were correct. It went from Info rcvd straight to delivered. This was the first time this ever happened to me with usps. I was over-reacting and now see the error of my ways. Halo was nice enough to send with my order of 7ml each of Tribecca and Voodoo, another 10ml bottle of voodoo! I really like the Tribecca flavor but the jury is still out on the voodoo as all I can taste with every vape is like a blueberry bubblegum. Not bad but not what I was expecting. I will give it a week to get better. But again the Tribecca is great right out of the bottle and I love NOT having to steep a juice. Again, my appologies to Halo for my outbursts!

Thank you for letting us know you got the package, that's good. :) I love Tribecca, but Voodoo not so much. I like tobacco flavors best, and I like all the flavors in the tobacco sample pack. If you ever opt to try a sample pack use the coupon code ECFTEN to get 10% off (that code only applies to juice, not hardware). It makes it a really good deal for 42ml of juice, plus you get the reward points towards a free 30ml bottle. There is also a thread for swapping juice if you find flavors you don't like, so you're not stuck with the unused portion. There is also a contest thread Cinder Ella/Numbers Game to win a free 30 ml bottle of the Halo juice of your choice. We never know when Cinder will start a new round, but playing is easy and a whole lot of fun. Glad it all worked out for you, it's nice to have you with us. :)
