Fixing burnt taste i think i made i worse

I have a tesla mod with a kanger pro tank 2 after a few days my juice started to taste burnt. I followed some guides on youtube about cleaning the coil taking it apart cleaning the flavor wicks and dry burning. I put everything back together and i started getting juice in my mouth. I thought i may have messed up the flavor wick so i replaced it with peaches and creme cotton yarn. Now when i try to draw its really hard and get almost no vapor.

Plop a new head in. I wouldn't start taking things apart until you know what you're doing. Maybe you can explain a little more detail. You said you used it "for a few days"--what did you do in that time? Were you vaping the same juice, switched juices, did you fiddle with that tank at all inbetween that time? How much juice did you go through on that one head in those days?

Swapping heads did fix the it. My reasoning for asking was to learn more and figure out what i did wrong and so i can swap flavors later without having to have to buy a coil for all of them. I vaped the same flavor for 3 days about 3-4 mls a day. The only time i messed with the tank was to refill.
Sounds like too much cotton wick if the airflow decreased did you use a "flavor wick" as well

You should soak the coil every few tanks or so. You were probably due for a cleaning. It is pretty easy.

Taking the thing and dry burning it I heard was only used when nothing else works. I have been running 3 tanks for a little over a month and all my coils are still good to go.

And Vaperature is right, "Plop a new head in it".
