Good morning everyone, is anyone able to help me with this issue please, I appologise in advance if I have posted in the incorrect loction, I'm still finding my way around.
My question is battery related,I have a variable voltage device, it can be adjusted between 3 to 6 volts. I only received one battery with it, a samsung icr18650-26f 3.7v 2600mAh
It's a bit of a struggle with only one battery, getting it charged in time before I need to leave for work so without thinking too much about it I ordered a two battery pack. Typical me, I only read the bit about 18650 (assuming this is the size/model of the battery) I didn't really look at anything else. I have just noticed that I've ordered a samsung 18650 2800mAh but it's rated at 4.3v !
Will these batteries work in my device or will I end up frying something? I've just noticed too that my charger can switch between 3 to 3.6v, does this mean that the charger won't even charge the batteries? The link to what I've ordered is here http://www.amazon.co.uk/Genuine-Sam...1037002&sr=8-5&keywords=samsung+18650+battery
If anyone can give me any advice on this issue, it would be greatly appreciated, thank you very much.
