Hi all, I found an old thread about flashlights but no response, just curious if anyone has experience with the nitecore P12? Or similar sized flashlight. I want a very bright flashlight in a smaller size and am leaning towards the P12. Thanks!

I just got the Boruit Z24 XML T6 18650 telescopic from fasttech. It makes the room brighter in daylight conditions. Construction is pretty good. Would like a narrower head, but is not uncomfortable and does not seem to get too hot, either. IIRC advertised as 900 lumen.
I have this one:

Runs on CR123 disposable lithiums, or 18350 IMR (buton top only). With the latter, it's 600 lumens.

Coincidentally FT is starting to carry ALOT of new flashlights
I have several Sipik SK68's which are the "bic lighters" of flashlights, they have a decent flood but can be focused down to a pretty good throw, the bigger brother the SK98 is an 18650, but just like their little AA/14500 brothers are "generic" and everyone clones them...great for beginners or gifts..
I have gone thru a dozen SK68's but I keep one in my pocket everywhere I go
I am also a "budget light" kinda guy so the super mega rigs are out of my league...
