I just ordered a Double Cross Zenith V2 rda. Because I was tired of messing with tanks just to test a new DYI flavor I have created. I would like to hear from current owners. Do you prefer a flat wire build, or just a regular Kanthal wire build with this rda, when using it for sampling juices, or for your every day vape? :vapor:

Hi, just got some flat wire in last night, haven't built with it yet, so can't give a direct answer. But I did try a couple of protank coils factory built with ribbon, and it was def. better than the factory round wire builds, to me. Of course, a micro coil of round wire in a protank beats either of the factory jobs.

I have several pro tanks and I replaced them with a Kayfun lite plus. I was tired of having to replace a factory coil every morning (more if flooding occurs). It always seemed to burn my juice, and or it just didn't produce the vapor I was looking for at the end of the day. I will have to dig one out when my ribbon arrives, but first thing first, I have to order some. Who did you order yours from and did it take long to ship (hate waiting 2 weeks)?

I got the ribbon from myvaporstore.com. 32ft for $6.65 and then a discount applied from their vendor page on this site. Really like those people, they were stand up about a mod I ordered and had problems with. And they ship fast.
If you have protanks, I hope you saved all those dead coils, cause they are easy to rebuild, and for me, wicking them with cotton makes a protank almost a mini kayfun. Really dramatic improvement over stock.
