I find that my ADV loses flavor as I vape it constantly. I have several other flavors I enjoy to reset my taste buds and then I'm able to jump into my ADV again for a long stretch

Same for me. I need to bounce them off each other otherwise they go bland. For me having 3 different juices that I rotate through daily keeps the buds alive most of the time.

Me, I'm a bit of a flavor chaser because I have a very easily bored tongue... I can only *really* taste a flavor for between 5 and 60 minutes before it starts tasting of nothing at all and I need to switch. So, having a literal ADV doesn't work for me.

It's pretty much the same for me. I do have a few that I would freak out about, if I were to run out, but for the most part I have to switch things up at least a few times a day. I think that's why I like dripping so much, because I rarely vape only one flavor for more than an hour or so. I'm usually alternating between at least two, in two different toppers.

And I get "bored" with flavors pretty frequently. Like recently, I got bored with most of the bakery type flavors I had, and that was almost all I had (I bought a ton of juice, basically all at once, and then refused to buy more until I used at least 2/3 of those and I vaped mostly everything except the bakery ones first), so I bought some fruits and tried a couple of new vendors.

I don't think there's anything wrong with flavor chasing, or sticking to one (or a few) flavors, so long as you're happy doing it and not breaking the bank. There are always new vendors to try, and just because you like "X" flavor for 6 months doesn't mean you'll always like it. Or, maybe you'll always like flavors like "X," but you find that a different vendor does the flavor better than the one you were using before.

Oh and I would definitely be lying if I denied loving vapemail :mail:

PFFT....

I have 3 Evods, 2 Vivi Novas, 1 Protank II, 1 Aro, and 1 Carto-tank....all filled with different juices, and I usually rotate at least 4 of them throughout the day. I can get bored with one flavor in 20 minutes...I usually have 3 diff flavors at work, then 2 different ones when I get home.

I'm waiting for my RDA to come in the mail to start getting into dripping, and I just swapped out a flavor wick with cotton the other day just to see what it was like. Think I'm gonna like it!

God, I wish that is all I had...

My current tank setup...

iClear 16 with Niquid Soho
iClear 16 with Niquid Day Break
iClear 16 with Niquid Butterscotch
iClear 16 with ECB RY4 extra Caramel
iClear 16 with ECB RY4 extra Tobacco
iClear 16 with my own mix of Berry and Tobacco
iClear 16 with Tribeca
iClear 16 with ECB Caramel Machiato
iClear 16 with Jamesons's Irish Amelia
iClear 30 with Blueprint Park Ave.
iClear 30 with Halo Torque
iClear 30 with ECB Chocolate Hazelnut Tobacco
4x iClear 30 with various previous juices
3x iClear 16B with previous various juices
2x Mini PT2 with my own mixes
2x EVODs with my own mixes
iClear 30B and Aspire mini with 7 Leaf Hopscotch
2x iClear 30B with previous juices
iClear 16B with Amelia
iClear 16B with 7 Leave Hopscotch
2x T3S with my own mixes

And that's just off the top of my head. Different juices vape differently in different tanks, thus I have some repeats. And considering I've got around 50+ replacement heads for all the different tanks...

I have 2 custom tank holders with juices in them right now, with each holder holding 26 tanks, and I've only got 7 empty spots, and a lot of those tanks get a turn in daily rotation. Some of them I've forgotten what is in them, so they'll probably just get washed and get new heads.

Guess I'm a juice ..... after all!

I think it's part of chasing after "that next great flavor". But, I also think that, after a while, you slow down chasing. It won't happen overnight; you gotta go through a bunch of vendors first, and you do enjoy tasting a lot of different juices. As long as you're not spending your mortgage/rent money, or money you use to pay your utilities, etc., I don't look at it as a problem.

Keep chasing, my friends...:2cool:

Full on juice ..... here. Not ashamed at all.

Im also a mech mod fanatic. But juice whoring takes precedence. SO much so, that when Im eyeing a new mod to buy.. like past the stages of just oogling, but actually getting ready to pull the trigger, The whole time I am fighting this dude in my head saying "yeah, the mod is nice, but you already have things to vape WITH, they'll never run out. Juice does run out, and you need juice to VAPE. Buy juice instead"

The mech doesn't always win the argument. I specifically DONT OWN a King Mod Diamond Knurled Edition on sale during the black friday sale at Vaperev, because the juice ..... showed her dominance and made me buy an ungodly number of 30ml bottles instead. Buying the mod would have been cheaper.

    1st world problems

A juice order arrived two days ago from Elevated Vaping, one of my favorite juice places. After unboxing and smelling all them lovely elixirs, Im looking at my juice boxes(I keep my juice organized in different boxes, such as, high nic everything, low nic fruit, low nic sweet), and I realize, "Damn, I have literally NOWHERE to put these new juices. It was only 15 bottles, should be easy to find a spot.. nope. Took me some serious re-organizing and re-arranging of box content to make room, and still keep the juices organized like I like.

I could literally not buy any juice, AT ALL in 2014, and vape all year no problem. Yet I have a tab open with GiantVapes right now with an order I need to finalize. 17 juices.

I keep 4 KFL's filled with my favorites plus 2 RDA's if needed. I have at least 25 different juices on hand at any one time, but tend to only need 3 of them a day. They vary from day to day but ahlusion cherry house blend is used every day.

Greatest thread yet! All of your stories, trials and tribulations are ringing SO true with me as well. In the 7 1/2 months since I quit analogs, I've been addicted to the "juice" side of vaping. Started with MBV (as most do) but quickly realized how many other (and more quality) vendors there are out there. Finding this forum a month ago encouraged me to place an order with Nicoticket and I received my first vapemail yesterday...and it's steeping.

Anyway, got off topic, sorry. So, yeah, keeping this new "addiction" in check is a daily struggle. I constantly want to visit the abundance of vape stores here in Orange County (yeah, I know, totally spoiled living here..the epicenter of gourmet juice vendors and B&M's) but I know the wife will kill me if I continue to make purchases.

BUT IT'S SO DAMN HARD !!!! AAARGH !!!!

Without starting a 'My Favorite Juice' thread, are there, let's say 5 juices that 99% of folks have said and agreed on as 'the best'?
Please, if possible let's try to avoid naming everyone's random fav?

99%? Never in a million years. I doubt 50% of people could agree on 5 "best" juices... there are too many options and people's tastes really do vary that much. You can see the Best of ECF poll and which juices won here (scroll down for tables and pie charts that are easy to read.) That will give you an idea of some of the most popular juices, if you're looking for a starting point. But - and I say this as a Nicoticket fan, who's happy they won - you can see from the numbers that it is far from "a majority of vapers" or "a majority of ECFers" who even voted, and of those who did vote, no juice got over 50% in any category.

That doesn't mean Nicoticket juices aren't great; they're fantastic! But like *any* juices, their juices are not necessarily *everyone's* cup of tea.

Perusing those lists will give you a good list of vendors to try out though, if that's what you're looking for.

Most of these tales ring true for me too.

I'm still looking for my "holy grail" vape, some are very close 99.99% there, but I do get bored easily and like to swap and change around a lot at home.

For work I've got my DIY blackcurrant juice in one Vmod, plus another DIY concoction in another Vmod for an occasional change. But at home, I always have at least 6 different set-ups running different juices on the go. Just a shame I can't change the Wife so easily

I think a separate thread needs to be started with the "99.99% near the holy grail vape."

The only problem is I've probably thrown away/PIF'ed about 75% of the juices that didn't even come close ;)
Might be better to start a thread for the unloved 75%
