Hey guys, I mixed a strawberry cream 30ml, it was very nice when first mixed, I let it sit overnight, then added the nic today and tried it on a dripper I just got, the flavor is kinda flat, really weak, I tried on my old kayfun 5 but got the same, although the bottle smells really nice.

What did I do wrong?

I wouldn't dump it (your percentages are not wildly out of line). Give this a week (maybe more). both the cheesecake and VBIC can overwhelm the fruit (strawberry in your case). Give it a good shake once a day (or more)(and feel free to vape a bit too after shaking). The fruit notes (strawberry) will be the most prevalent notes when smelling but not necessarily when tasting. They may give more fragrance, but until they can co-mingle with the rest of the mix, get lost (or in some cases, do the opposite, and even completely overwhelm) the rest of the mix.

Sadly (for those of us who are impatient); time is the best blender. With a very vigorous initial shake/stir/mix, we may get an idea of what is to come, but often it is only after more time that we truly realize what is truly there.

Both the VBIC and Cheesecake (Graham Cracker) are slower to develop (cheesecakes, in general, have always needed a bit if extra time to settle down and "play nice" with other flavors for me); so you will need a bit of time to see how they develop for you.

These are only my own observations/results and others my share something different from their own endeavors. :D

The best I can advise for you, is to keep shaking, tasting, and taking notes, and let us know how it progresses. If... after a week (or two at the most) it is still flat, let us know what you then taste, and we will see what we can do to help.

You did not do anything wrong.
I added strawberry ripe, cheesecake, vanilla ice cream, all tfa, recommended percentage, it was awesome when first mixed,
Some recipes are good (shake and vape-SV) when first mixed and then lose their taste.
As to the statement "tfa, recommended percentage", I not sure what you mean. Your mix shows 10,6,3% for flavor.

I let it sit overnight, then added the nic today and tried it on a dripper I just got, the flavor is kinda flat, really weak
You might have some bad nic. Steeping starts when the last ingredient is added to the mix.

This recipe is reported to be very good:
Cheesecake (Graham Crust) (TPA) 6
Strawberry (Ripe) (TPA) 8
Vanilla Swirl (TPA) 2

Note the cream percentage above and compare to yours. Could play around to perfect to your tastes. Your VBIC may be open to examination.
Select VBIC comments from other sources:
Flavor strength: 3/3 (overpowers subtle flavors like TFA Bavarian Cream)
This flavor mutes milder flavors over time at higher %

As for recommended percentage, I came across a blog post that listed all tfa flavors and how much u shd use of each, I played around those percentages
