Is cellucotton (also know as rayon) any good, if you do not have any allergies, it's the best. Some vape shops/on line stores carry rayon and I'm not sure if their rayon is Graham CelluCotton.
.10" = 2.54 mm

thanks. I'm from Bhutan so for most of my vape supplies I have to depend on Aliexpress, 3fvape and fasttech. None of them have it but managed to find a seller on Amazon.in thanks for the link though

My RDA coils are at .10" ID. Using a Magma, the rayon wick fits snugly into the coil and each side touches the bottom of the deep well. Snugly equals enough rayon wick diameter to rub the inner ID of the coil but not to move it in any manner.
re: Rayon wick, better flow, flavor, saturation and Nic Hit!

Thanks brotherbob for the link on rayon wicking, flavor... the way jeremy goes on about it should make anybody with some decent experience give it a try. The part about the Nic hit is rather interesting. If theres one thing i miss about the MTL rtas is the nic hit from the 18mg. cheers

thanks, does this mean that i can stuff rayon like i have been doing with cotton (stuffing as much as i can! :)) and not face all the issues i do with cotton. coz i dont know if its just me but i feel i get a much richer flavor with more cotton stuffed in the coils.
Pretty much. I generally don't, and with the way rayon wicks, I don't think you'll have to. But you can. The thing I (probably) like best about it is rayon seems to be less temperature sensitive than cotton. I do not understand how this can be as they are (allegedly) chemically identical, but this has been my experience. No matter what, you should get more use out of a rayon wick than a cotton one. You may be more sensitive to flavor than I, so I don't want to say how long. But it should be longer than you are presently getting with cotton.

Hi Guys,
While I wait for the rayon to arrive, I have been trying different thickness levels with the cotton wicking. Thanks guys, less cotton is working, flavor has been staying just about the same even after 20ml. Only issue I am facing is that the initial firing gives some crazy flying spit back after which it settles down and then no spit back. Gonna keep trying and hope I can get rid of this initial spit back every time I vape. Cheers guys!

Oh the wonderful volcano effect! That happens to me when I accidently over juice my cotton.
Reminds me of cooking fried chicken without the lid on the pan.

Hi Tonee,
how do you over juice your cotton? is that what happens when you drip straight over your coils? For some reason i dont drip straight over the coils other than when i am priming a fresh wick. Just trying to figure out how to get rid of this spit back coz i feel have the thickness of the wick pretty good but ...
