Preface:
Hi guys,
First let me thank you all for helping me get started with vaping, week 3 now and I think I'm in love. I never thought there would be so much to really indulge in. I'm here because I need some guidance. I'm vaping on a joye 3.7v while I'm at work, and a 5v PT at home and in the car, all SR 510 atties. Gear out of the way, I'm here to talk about juice. I know taste is subjective, so I'm not looking for many specific flavor suggestions, more about just flavor intensity. I've picked up 3 sample packs from 3 different vendors, Vapor Station, The Vapor Room, and Vermillion River each taught me a different lesson (I think).
Meat:
1.)I started off thinking I'd like tobacco flavors when I started with my first pack from Vermillion River, I couldn't have been more wrong. Picked up 2 tobacco flavors and a coffee. The only one I really liked from them was their caramelized capuccino, loved it, hated their tobacco blends that I got. Not for lack of flavor, plenty there, but just out of preference.
2.)Next sample I got was TVR, which I didn't care for their tobacco blends or the RY4 I got from them either, but I liked their fruit flavors. My problem there was there didn't seem to be enough flavor in them. They were just all kind of bland. Total shame though, their raspberry really was responsible for getting me hooked.
3.)The last vendor I tried was Vapor Station, and I ordered a mix of tobacco fruit flavors and a coffee from them. These guys flavor totally blew the others away. I couldn't believe how much taste was in these things. I went straight for the fruit flavors... and hated them, coffee too. Everything I tried just had a really nasty almondy taste to it and its honestly unvapable to me, so I went back to my bland fruit flavors and started the endless search for more juice vendors(the list is insanely large). They're getting me by, but they leave me wanting.
?.)Then something weird happened. Just now I got the will to throw in some Frisco and RY4 from VS, and to be honest, they're pretty delicious. I've hated every other tobacco flavor I've tried but for some reason, I'm really liking them. So much flavor, so much vapor, though its not my first pick, its satisfying my curiosity. I think I'd probably prefer non-tobacco flavors more in the future, but I think my taste is such that I can appreciate anything that really delivers a great strong flavor, and a thick vape.
Question Time:
My collection of juices that I don't like is really stacking up, while my supply of ones I do is emptying out (batting about 250 right now :( ), and I think I have my tastes narrowed down slightly at least. I like a strong flavor punch, vapor isn't necessarily a huge concern, though it seems to play a role. Wanted to check out some different flavors from VS but I'm not really feeling the ones I haven't tried yet either, just not my style. Can you just point me in a direction where I can find some great full-of-flavor juices comparable to VS or even VR? I'll make the selections from there, so flavors aren't super important(though I'm open to suggestions), I just don't want to crack open another box and vape on something that is bland, which, for me, is worse than a disgusting flavor.

It sounds like you might be a good candidate to move up in the world to ESSENCE....Essence...essence... from E-liquidPlanet

Essence, along with the High Voltage Octane line from Nhaler and the Tonic USA eLiquid from PureSmoker, use a flavor base made in the USA that really delivers a LOT of flavor and a uniquely "clean" (for lack of any other word to describe it) throat hit. With these liquids, relatively "low" nicotine contents pack the "punch" normally reserved for higher nicotine liquids. Its good stuff and worth the extra cost for premium quality.

Super quick replies, thanks guys. I'm probably going to continue to steer clear of Tobacco flavs, and JC, I just have this feeling... I can't believe I've been looking for vendors for a few days now and I haven't stumbled on any of these Thulium. This, I assume, is the hard part of vaping. I'm not one to run for help right away, so safe to say I was getting pretty flustered. All 3 are now bookmarked they all look very promising.

If you order from Nhaler, make sure to try the Octane Signature Tobacco flavor--its the only tobacco flavor I've found that I like enough to use all day. I'm also a really big fan of the Octane Sweet & Sour Apple--IMO it tastes almost exactly like Double Apple Hookah/Shisha.

...Oh, and Nhaler's "Lung Juice" is great stuff too--it includes a cocktail of herbal ingredients intended to clean and calm your lungs. Well worth a try!

KBV Kick Bass Vapor has the best flavor layering I've experienced to date. Check out the likes on their ordering thread here. People go nuts over KBV for good reason. If you like punch flavors their Hidey Hole Punch might be a fit for you.

Alien Visions Boba's Bounty and Gorilla juice are wildly popular. It'd hard to stop once you start.

Nhaler's HV vanilla custard is all I vaped for months. I placed many orders with other suppliers with no luck. I was grateful to have one that I enjoyed.

Either my taste has changed or I'm making better choices. I'm finally enjoying a variety of juices. Hope you do too.

I haven't been vaping that long, but so far, out of the 17 juices I've tried from 3 vendors (EVC, MEL and KB), the only 1 that's rated a 5 (scale of 1-5) for me is MEL's Throwback Vanilla Coke. But I ordered 6 flavors from them, and only 2 out of the 6 rated 4 or above for me.

So I'm still on the lookout for a favorite supplier. I just ordered a sampler of Pink Spot because someone posted that they have intense flavors. We'll see.

Within one vendor, some will have stronger flavor and some not. And when too much flavor is added you get those awful perfumey flowery tastes too much flavoring causes.

I like Vapor4Life WOW Vanilla - a very sweet marshmallowy sharp-edged hit vanilla. I like their WOWbacco too - a clear cocoa tobacco - not real strong but nice with nice hit. I like Vixen Vapor Peach. I like Gourmet Vapor vanillarum (80pg/20vg for my cartos) but some might want extra flavor (I use low nic so I don't need as much flavor since the flavor comes through better). Although they are 50/50 (so I won't put them in my cartos) I like FreedomSmokeUSA Hopscotch (to me almost like Honey and Butterscotch - very nice) and their Voodoo (a bit fruity, a bit dark, a bit spice). And in 80pg/20vg I like their sweet oRYental 4 a very caramelly tobacco. A flavor standout is Velvet Vapors Raspberry Gingerale (they have plain Gingerale too).

I would suggest VaporGod or QuicknicJuice. Both have really strong flavor. Both have really good prices and discounts. Both have candy and fruity flavors. QNJ's Watermelon Rancher will get your attention, or their Cinnamon Red Hots. VaporGod has like 130 flavors. Check reviews on VaporGod to help, but I love their Tropical Punch (tastes like Pez candy) and Black Cherry (tastes like Cherry Pepsi).

Flavor is stronger with more PG, vapor is better with VG. I like about 60-70 PG. Most places let you choose.

JC chocolate truffle owns -- my everyday vape! I tried 10 ST carts, 15 V4L carts, and 10 bloog carts and this blows them all away. And I'm not mr. health nut (obviously) but I like the QC of this juice as opposed to oops someone in China spit in my cart. I'm sure someone will post about the QC at the Chinese locations but I swear some of the flavors --like vanilla-- just started to wear on my throat and made me feel crappy.

Coming from a guy who prefers lighter flavors...

Strong flavors...
Puresmoker Tonic line (on sale right now 20%), Digitalcigzz, iVape, Mrs. T's, Tasty Vapor (atomic cinnacide, geoff's blend) , Vapor Bomb (Cinnabomb), Juicy Vapor, Happy Smokes (Death Juice), I love Octane juices from nHaler, but don't know if I'd call them strong, Primevaping, velvet vapors were disgustingly strong for me... which may be perfect for you!, LiquidXpress...

just some ideas...

I'm pretty new myself, but I just got in some juice from BlueMist and I love their Caramel Tobacco and Bananas Foster. Both are really flavorful. You can also get extra flavor for I think a dollar more. The Bananas foster is just the right sweetness with a hint of tobacco flavor. They've got some great prices too, you can get a sample of five 10ml bottles for $20.

And, the ones you get that you dont care for you can always trade, PIF or donate, thru the classifieds here. At least that way you can get something for what you have, as in a trade, instead of just wasting your money on something you dont like. I do it all the time with stuff I get that I dont care for.

I am personally a fan of TastyVapor they mix all their flavors to order. You definately need to let them steep for at least a week or two. But when you do, they taste exactly like whatever the flavor you choose. I personally am a HUGE fan of the caramel popcorn. It takes me back to when I was a kid at the carnavil. The smells and tastes mmmmmmmmm.

Good luck, hope you find your all day vape. It can take awhile but when you do, you won't be disappointed.

It's really tough being new to vaping, the learning curve is really big, and if it weren't for places like ECF and the great support from the family of vaping, it wouldn't last long for us new guys. My bookmarks are getting out of hand, but in the very best way possible. Thank you all so much. It is getting tough to sift through all of the vendors out there, but I take recommendations to heart, and I will definitely hit every single one of these suggestions and see what they are like. I think once i get my tastes sorted out I'll probably end up just doing DIY anyway. Probably suits me better with such picky taste. Alas, that will be for another thread. Thanks again guys, you really came through.
