Flavor question

After having tried a few of the lovely concoctions that Geoff has made... I would like to venture into custom flavor territory. I want my custom flavor to resemble a toasted almond liquor drink as much as possible. Now to make a real toasted almond, I do believe you need amaretto, Kahlua coffe liquor, and cream. I don't know exactly what to request in the way of flavors available from Geoff to try and simulate this. Does anybody have a good idea on what I should be looking to add?

Also, I was wondering what the differences are between chocolate and chocolate #712.

Your best bet is to e-mail them for advice (or use live help) but Amaretto is available and for cream you only need to include "add dairy." That just leaves the Kahlua.

Maybe Amaretto, Brandy and Coffee with "add dairy" in your comments.
