Unless a juice is super concentrate I always just start any flavor at 5% and go from there.I have had flavors that recommend starting at at more and have been way to strong .Less is more for me these days YMMV
I will normally just make very small 3 ml samples .Most of the time at 5% and then 10% and try both and then compare. For my tastes I can then tell which I prefer and then will make it at that % after that and tweak it each time if need be to be slightly more or less .
At this point I have been making all my own juices for so long I can zero in to what I like pretty easy and normally dont need to tweak more than one or two % higher or lower .
other than specific experience with bananas foster, this is the best advice I could expect (I have not worked with flavor west before). thanks to all the posters
