I cancelled the order to stop the Fudge Brownie, then resubmitted my order.
I ordered another 10 flavors from FW yesterday. I threw away a couple of full bottles last week.
Sure thing I really want to mix the two together and come up with some sort of toffee biscotti flavor

My taste buds think those are both good.
Butter Toffee 16-18% solo tested.. no "toffee', but a good flavor just solo,.. for me, no sweetener needed.
Biscotti 18% solo tested .. good stuff, but no biscuit or bread taste (to me).
It's a great base to mix other flavors with, ..again, no sweetener needed, unless you have a sweet tooth
Your opinion may differ, so consider this as just one "feedback" to add to the list.

When I mix I start out with 7% of my main flavor then 3% of my secondary and then split up the remaining 5% with either sour, sweetener and other complimentary flavors, or nothing at all. I have found this to be a good ratio for me. However, at times I will knock down my 7% to 5-6 and give it over to my secondary flavor if needed. I find that anything over 15% gunks up my coils too quickly.
I have a banging Bavarian cream
9% Bavarian cream FW
5% vanilla custard CA
That is extremely rich version. I have one that's a little lighter and it's 7% Bavarian cream to 3% vanilla custard both are incredible IMO my ADV for sure

20% is my mixing limit .. and it better be worth it, or forget it.
FW is a problem to mix with when compared to other brands, and they have the reputation of being the "weakest' of all flavoring company's.
Most of my recipes are like yours, much lower, as I can use much lower percentages with other company's.
Still, there are some from FW that I like, and use. If I find a comparable flavor from another company that requires a lower %, I finish or give away the FW, and switch over.

I find that when a flavoring or recipe turns "dark", I have a tendency to dump it.
I have just a few recipes that use up to 20%, but they don't gunk up my coils.
There are tons of good flavorings and recipes out there, without have to mix up one that gunk's up the coils

I use (several different kinds) of Bavarian Cream a lot.
It's one of the most versatile and yummy flavorings ever made.
Ditto with the vanilla custards. You can a make a great juice by starting with either one of those.
Finding your favorite "ratio" sure makes mixing a lot more interesting, and a lot easier.
I'm still "sorting". I might have a Blackberry from one company that requires 8%, and a Blackberry from another company the only needs 2% to give me the same flavor, so I'm in the process of finding the best, and dumping the rest. I went through 7 company's just to find the perfect Caramel.

Hazelnut Cream
4% French vanilla
7% hazelnut
3% marshmallow
1% Bavarian cream
1% sweetener
Another good one:
Peanut butter cookie
3% sugar cookie
11% peanut butter
3% marshmallow
3% vanilla cupcake
1% sweetener
You can lower the peanut butter if you like, I like mine really peanut buttery.

French vanilla
I have both FW and TFA (TPA) espresso. They are both good. You can get TFA espresso through Wizard labs if FW is out.
I use 4% espresso but some people use lower amounts. You may want to test a small batch and figure out which is best for you.
