Flavor West Double Apple vs. Capella Double Apple

Hey guys,

I have a recipe that requires 13 percent Flavor West double apple. At the moment, I only have Capella double apple. Has anyone tried both of these? How do they compare in strength?

Capella Double Apple ~ 5% in a mix.
Flavor West Double Apple ~ 4% in a mix.
