I've heard through the grapevine that Flavor West is not consistent with their flavorings. Can anyone attest to this? I have several of their flavors and haven't had a problem. I don't want to reorder if it's a legitimate problem.

I have a lot of their flavors too everything from nuts to fruits and like pretty much all of them, they're one of my favorite vendors. The only thing I don't like is that their chocolates are very dark and can clog up my equipment kinda fast. Aside from that they taste great 
I order regularly. The only consistency thing I find is coloring and Sarah at flavor west has told me some ingredients colors can vary from batch to batch but flavor itself is the same. I concur with her
all my DIY mixes are 12mg nic in a 50/50 pg/vg solution. You can use any amount of nic to your preference though. Happy vaping!

I think the inconsistency issue comes mostly from people that don't shake the flavorings vigorously enough before use.
I only use 3 or 4 flavors (i'm cheap, lol). They are FW flavorings, not ordered from FW though. I have had no problems at all.
That is the only thing I can think that would make sense
