My heads have been going nonstop for 30 days and the flavor wicks are not only burned but also losing threads. Some are rewicking with cotton thread but what kind? what size? I'm using about 60/40 juice and so far haven't removed any because the vape is still great. I don't rebuild my heads, just replace the flavor wicks. Thanks!

I use 100% cotton batting (100% cotton balls would basically be the same thing). Just be sure they are 100% cotton, some cotton balls have synthetic fibers in them - you don't want those. Just pull and twist the cotton to form a wick, sort of like spinning wool to make thread/yarn.
When you remove the old wick, be sure to rinse the coil with hot tap water to remove any wick fibers left behind.

Others have used bamboo crochet thread, 100% cotton twine/yarn or hemp twine.
