While the flavors are good their ability to correctly fill an order isn't. I ordered a bunch of flavors and 500ml of Propylene Glycol, they sent me the correct flavors but instead or PG they went and send me VG which I already have litres of You think they'd know the bloody difference I've sent them an email asking them to ship me the correct product at their own cost as it was completely their fault so we'll see how good their customer service is I guess.....

I just heard from them, they've agreed to send the 500ml of PG via air mail at their cost so the customer service has proved as good as the flavors

We all make mistakes, I know we have to vent but come on...

I know, it just gets annoying when you're overseas and have to wait weeks for it to arrive lol. It's all good though, like I said their customer service was top notch in quickly addressing the problem and shipping me out the correct product.

I guess it doesn't help that PG is harder to get hold of, if you had ordered VG and you got pG you could always nip down to the chemist for some. PG is a little harder to get hold of.

Yep, the only way to buy PG here is to buy commercial quantities and I don't want drums of it lol.
