I think some people use too much flavoring when they mix the product as well. I am vaping some juice tha has a slight maple syrup taste, only because I have it, and it is not too overpowering really.

Unless you have some credible information to back up your deadly claim you are also being misleading.
Read back and you will see I used "deadly" loosley and simply to grab attention and make a point. The flavor additives are just added toxins and impurities. I aleady showed the example that dose is the only characteristic that makes any compound harmful.
The real point, which can not be argued, is that flavor additives destroy the wick and coil system faster than non flavored.

I suddenly feel like I'm in a ranked game on league of legends. Noob? Really? I vape dessert flavours. It's all I ever vape. I also DIY and make my own coils. My coils still last ages because I take care of them. You have as of yet to provide any hard undeniable facts to back up your statements. You say flavours are bad? Based on what? That they destroy coils quickly? So that must automatically mean they harm your body and is no way a chemical reaction to the wire itself. Just like the juices that crack tanks must be hurting you as well, and aren't just a reaction to the plastic tank? (Hint they aren't)

You use the word troll a bit too easily. The op has a valid point. It is true that the e-liquid marketing going on here on ECF by suppliers and fanboys is quite heavy at times.
I DIY my liquids, once in a while I will buy already mixed liquids, if it is price 5$/15ml or less and a specific flavor is of interest. I have never tried to vape without flavoring. I will give a try.
Isn't this the same tactic that misleading marketing uses? Again I say the kettle calling the pot black.
