I'd say no, it's the way the flavoring is made in the factory, they don't "flavor" liquid from a concentrated batch of flavoring like a lorann's to make the tastes, the chemical flavorings are added in amounts that automatically dissipate into the liquid, for correct flavoring.
In lamen's terms, they don't create a lorann's type liquid first and then thin it out afterwards, they just skip that step and put the flavoring in at the levels for the end product usage. We've gotten them to put about double the flavor into the flavorings.

From what I've seen a good estimate is that one bottle of flavoring is enough to make
three bottles of liquid with good taste. Some people are able to make more, others less depending on the level of taste with their taste buds at any particular point.
