As for the flavorings that do crack tanks, is there anywhere that we can purchase the same flavorings that don't have the chemical that don't make them crack or melt?
Glass clearomizers also work such as the kanger protank. There a bit pricy but if you use it just for the juices that crack plastic it should last a good long time.

I believe Hoosier explained it the best. If you remove the molecule that makes up the flavor then it no longer is the original flavor. You may get something close if the chemistry is changed but it will never be the same as the original. For instance if you remove the molecule that gives cinnamon it's taste it is no longer cinnamon. I myself have not herd of substitutes for flavors that crack plastic and if you find any please share.
