Hi, anyone know a place where I can find a good description for what DIY flavors contain? I need to show it at customs

You can request a MSDS sheet or MDS (the same thing).
They can send one upon request. If it is a legit business/they have employee's they should have these sheets on every product they sell.

Good questions? However, it is more vendor specific. In addition, they could have proprietary blends/flavorings. If you know of the vendor of the flavorings you could email that particular vendor. An example would be capella, Hangsen or Flavorart. I would assume that the vendor who sells the flavoring would be able to assist you in your quest.
Flavorings can possess different chemicals based on what flavor they are.
