Given that they are shorter, I assume they use less voltage, thus, in theory, the cartomizers will last a bit longer on them?

Tobacco Flavor reviews from a n00b

I ranked these TOBACCO based flavors, which I ordered mostly from Vapor4Life (except the TAB which I ordered from Puresmoker) on my five thumb scale, since I'm all thumbs. I can't really say how these flavors would compare to the same flavors from other suppliers, but I'm interested to know what others have to say regarding their opinions in contrast to my descriptions. WHAT DO YOU THINK? I know taste, probably more than anything, is in the buds of the beholder.
Marlboro - 3 thumbs up. This is the one I started with, to me it seemed medium strength and tobacco-y flavor - it actually reminded me of Triscuits. When I say Triscuits I mean it in a negative way necessarily, but it seems wheaty, thats just what the flavor calls to my mind. To me this is the basic plain tobacco flavor juice, and its not bad for mixing with non-tobacco flavors to get a flavored-tobacco taste.
Virginia - 5 thumbs up. This is the one that impressed me, a strong tobacco-y flavor with a sweetness to it. I'll call it "Triscuits and molasses". Very full flavor, this is the go-to tobacco flavor in my opinion.
TAB - 4 thumbs up. I'd say TAB is kind of a Marlboro with a very light sweet spice to it. In my opinion this is the slightly tastier alternative to Marlboro, earning it 4 fat thumbs.
Camel - 2 thumbs up. As in life, a little lighter flavor than the Marlboro with a little something different, maybe I'd call this one "light Triscuits and grass".
Hilton - 2 thumbs up. Strange, like a light Marlboro base but very full somehow with a little sugar and spice to it. It defies description. The only reason I rank it as low as I do is because I prefer the pure Triscuit flavor of the Marlboro over the Hilton, and if I want the sweetness I move to the Virginia. Otherwise it is a very interesting change up.
French Pipe - 2.5 thumbs up. Like the Hilton, this one is a lot different than the basic tobacco flavors - but it doesn't taste like the Hilton. It has a fun and interesting aromatic flavor, almost perfumey and with a little sweetness. I liked it alot, but I only ranked it at a 2.5 for the same reason I ranked the Hilton at a 2 - I just prefer other tobacco flavors more.
555 - 2 thumbs up. It's a bit nutty and a bit minty. To cut to the chase, relative to the other flavors I will call this one "Triscuits and mint flavored fluoride rinse" - sorry 555 lovers, but that's what it reminds me of. It is not bad, don't let the fluoride rinse description scare you away, again that is just what it calls to my mind. It is definitely unique for those looking for something different.
Kent - 2.5 thumbs up. To me this was like a 555 light with a touch of the Virginia sweetness to it. More balanced than the 555 in my opinion.
Marlboro Menthol - 4 thumbs up. Wow, what a flavor. Get your vape on and freshen your breath at the same time, this is the Binaca of the tobacco flavors I've tried. A mix of Marlboro Menthol and Marlboro regular might approach the 555 flavor, but I like the pure menthol flavor better than whatever flavors are giving me that "fluoride rinse" idea from the 555. The Mint, not reviewed separately here because it is not a tobacco flavor, is smoother for sure and maybe tastier, and maybe Mint is part of the 555 concoction, but for the record I wouldn't say Mint is really something you can compare directly to this Menthol lovers pick.
That's it. I guess I have some lightly sampled 5ml bottles of Camel, Hilton, French Pipe, 555, and Kent that I'd be willing to swap for some Virginia or Marlboro Menthol. But I haven't tried the Cigar flavors...let me know if anyone has any input as to where those might fit in against this list, let me know.

Thanks for that. I went from Mboro/Cowboy, and now that I've had the Virginia, I think I've found my tobacco vape.
I have quite a sample of flavors...my favorites are pineapple, m'boro, grape, and blueberry (thanks for throwing that one in)...
I also have Strawberry, Coconut, Mint
Do not like the coffee...it takes bitter..if you like your coffee black you will like it
Also Clove was not my favorite... I loved clove cigarettes and was hoping for that taste
On the way is Cappuccino, Peach, Dr Pepper, and Pina Colada..will let you know after I taste those

My wife smoked menthols, and wanted to try menthol and mint flavors. She much prefers the mint. It's her favorite. I don't remember anyone mentioning spearmint. If it's significantly sweeter, she probably won't care for it though. Two that she's just tried and likes are the pear and peach cobbler.Two thumbs up for Mint, here. I am vaping the bud 18mg right now and WOW! Steve tossed in a few 8mg in an earlier order and to my great surprise, I loved them! Thought I would try them at 18 to see if they could be an all day vape for me and yeah! It has joined Chocolate, Banana, Cappuccino, Coffee and Peach cobbler as one of the flavors I can vape all day...
Definately going to get more of those! Very very tasty!
I'm still new to vaping-less than 2 months. Tried a few before, and now hooked on VK and love it. Cappuccino is def my fav so far. Camel24 is kinda harsh to my taste, but it lasts and lasts like the Energizer bunny; the cart is almost dry now (no sizzle and little smoke), but flavor and throat kick still there.

It's really good, with the first few puffs, it's got a little bit of a perfumy aftertaste, but further in it's got a fruity, sweet/tart taste to it. I like it.
This might become my 2nd fav next to peach cobbler.

Pomegranate sounds tasty, sadly the freebie cart thrown in on my last order has messed up threads so I have still yet to try it.
could it be from different manufacturers?It makes no sense to me that the same flavor would be different in any way just because it's in a different size bottle.
Introduction: I have been vaping since last Tuesday (Oct 13th). I have been vaping Cappuccino (11mg) exclusively. I had ordered Kamel and Mint also but nic level was too strong. So, I thought I would try low level of nic on my next order. Also, wanted to try other purported tobacco flavors + some other flavors that caught my eye.
Test procedures/parameters:
Hilton (8mg) Nutty initial odor and flavor. Thats the best I can come up with for a description. Its not exactly nutty just reminiscent. There is another flavor hanging in there, only get whiffs of it occasionally cant place it.
Cool (8mg) Light menthol/Mintish flavor. Whereas, Mint hits you in the gut (description of flavoring not effect), Cool breezes by you, hinting at wintergreen.
555 (8mg) Lighter nutty initial odor and flavor. Quite similar to Hilton except lighter.
Clove (8mg) Smells and tastes like potpourri. Not reminiscent of any clove cigs that I can remember.
Chocolate (8mg) I am a chocolate lover milk to midrange Cacao. I cant tell you if this is more on the milk side or the dark side though. Not enough flavor coming through to tell. Not reminiscent of any chocolates Ive eaten.
Cinnamon (8mg) Not cinnamon flavor. Tastes more like mixed-berry. Flavor also really light.
Pear (8mg) Kind of citrusy but very light on flavor.

- Initially, brushed teeth w/regular Crest toothpaste. No mouthwash.
- Swigged Dr. Pepper (I know, but I cant stand water) between each set of vapes.
- Sniffed coffee beans (regular no flavor) between each set of vapes.
- Vapes consisted of 4 puffs total. 2 puffs with mouth exhale and 2 with nose exhale.

I smoked Kools, the only ones I've tried are the mint/menthol/hilton, I like them all. I also ordered the coffee, this one didn't float my boat but will vape what I have. (I drink coffee 17 hours a day, maybe this is the reason) I'm looking forward to trying more of the tobacco flavors, I have 555 for my 510, so will try that one in one of the carts, the rest I need to order. A sample pack would really be nice.
