Can you get refill liquid that tastes like other cigarettes? For instance a liquid that tastes like a Marlboro (for my Grandma) and a liquid that tastes like a Camel (for me). Although I haven't visited many sites, the ones I saw were generically described as "turkish blend", "american blend", and so on. If so, where can I get them?

Also, do the flavors like chocolate, cherry etc actually taste like chocolate, cherry, etc?

Flavours vary dramatically. If you can get samples from a number of vendors you'll start narrowing down what you like. In the top bar the ECF Suppliers tab is a good place to start.

For me I've had the best luck with big tobacco mimics from Backwoods Brew and Janty. Although I prefer the tobacco flavours at Vermillion River.

All other flavors are even more subjective. Some taste true to one person and medicinal to another. Again, the sampler route is a good one. Good luck. -Magnus

Most of the tobacco type juices don't really taste like the real thing. Some people claim they come close but usually they have a taste of their own. There a several sites on the web that sell sample size bottles (3ml) so you can try a small amount without spending a lot of money and yes, most of the candy and fruity flavors do taste as described. It's a lot of fun trying new flavors. The only site I can think of right now that has these 3ml bottles is BombayVaping There are others though. You just have to look around.

There really isn't any juice that taste like tobacco burns. Most flavors taste like how a cig smells fresh out of the pack. In order for it to taste like burned tobacco it would taste like an ashtray literally. If your new at vaping after a few weeks you will know better what burning tobacco smells and tastes like and its nasty.

With that said the closet I have found that taste like a burned smoke but its cigar flavored is want2vapes. It is very very close to a burning cigar taste and is quite good if you are into that kind of taste. If not the next best is Backwoods Brew for a cigarette taste of unsmoked tobacco,Backo,Virginia,Casablana and Hunters blend are great to start with.

Vermillion does a free sample for minimal shipping. And a six pack sampler for $20. Use discount code "ECF" for some off.

You can also watch the Classified section at ECF for opportunities to get lots that include a bunch of flavored options. -Magnus
I didn't even know there was a classified section. I guess I need to explore the site a little more.

I know these are probably all questions that have been asked a hundred times and I appreciate ya'll for being patient with me and for being so helpful! Thank you!

The generic naming of American or USA or Turkish blend are a result of the juice companies not infringing on trademarked names. The American or USA blends are 'usually' Marlboro and the Turkish blend, Camel. Remember that no eliquid can give the true flavor of a burning cigarette. These mimics are just approximations in some cases, and in other cases flavors that are found to be compatible with brand faithful smokers' likes. You will likely have to try a few (or more) samples before you find your 'perfect' blend. Everybody seems to be different for flavor recognition and enjoyment.

It all becomes much easier after vaping regularly for a while and trying things that may seem off the wall at first. You will probably find the enjoyment of vaping supercedes your old taste in tobacco brands within a few weeks. I was a Camel Menthol smoker for years, started vaping about a month ago, and fell in love with a chocolate-menthol mix lately. I never imagined that being possible. :p Good luck!

A fellow Camel smoker! You're just the person I want to talk to!
I know Camel is considered one of the stronger brands. That's part of the reason I smoke them, because the others weren't strong enough. I know an e-cigarette can't give the same feeling as a real Camel, so here's my question. Was it hard to transition? I mean, was it hard to go from such a heavy smoke feeling (I hope you know what I mean) to one that's way less intense? I'm thinking that will be my biggest problem.

It was no problem at all. I bought my first kit with 5 cigs left in my last pack. I smoked two cigs that day, 2 the next and the last one on the 3rd day. I knew by the 2nd of those 5 that I was enjoying the vape more, but just couldn't bring myself to throw them away. lol! Of course, I chain vaped like a tractor trailer starting off. :p The juice that got me going was Vapor 4 Life's Kamel Menthol liquid.

If you want to try a lot of different flavors for really cheap, Honeyville Vapor is having a sale right now. I think it's only 39 cents for their 5ml bottles! Earlier tonight (this morning), I ordered every flavor they have and multiple bottles of some that I thought I would really enjoy. It all came out to just barely over $20 including shipping! Just toss a 5ml bottle into the shopping cart and see it's price drop. No coupon code was even necessary. I think it's only for Independence Day.

I bet there are more e-cig flavors than hookah flavors. Not the availability though. I can get the hookah stuff in a few shops around here, but no e-cig liquids. It's crazy how many e-cig flavors there are though. Just about any candy, baked good, drink, etc. that you can think of. Even quite a few that you probably wouldn't think of (and probably don't want to). Bacon, ribs, crab juice (seriously... I just saw that one mentioned in another thread).

You will also see people talking about the voltage they vape at, low resistance atomizers and cartomizers, and dual coil cartomizers. You can tune your experience well beyond just the juice.

Also make sure to check the regional sections of ECF. You might find other NCers close by with more gear and nicquid to test drive. Lots of regions have vape meetups and such.

It may take some frustrating trial and error but once you get familiar with it all, it's very fulfilling. -Magnus
