I ordered three different FA tobacco concentrates, all with completely different flavor descriptions. I mixed a 3ml for all three separate flavors, all at 2%. I didn't add anything to them, just figured I would get a good taste of them straight, to imagine what flavors might compliment them. Anyway, I swear, all three flavors are exactly the same, just different strengths of each other! I'm totally bumbed out. The descriptions all sounded totally different and separately unique, but none as described and not much different from each other at all.
I'm wondering if flavor companies use their own "signature" ingredients for tobacco and just attempt different variations of it?
After trying three "different" FA tobacco concentrates, would it be foolish to leave it at that, and assume all FA tobacco concentrates are going to taste like this, and just move on to another flavor company to try? I feel like I wasted $22 and don't really want to gamble another $22 to taste the same stuff! (money's to tight around here for that!)
Any advice or feedback is greatly appreciated! :)

I beleive the Hypnotic mist, Liquid Amber, Vape wizard are all supposed to be used as undertones or to add a little bit of oomph to your mix and not to be used more than say 2%, please correct me if I am wrong. I also find the FA to be one of the best flavoring companies out there right now, the deseartship, Maxboro, and Camtel seem to be the best tobacco flavorings I have found as well.

That, I did. They taste the same, just a tad stronger.

That's strange. I have Desert Ship, Maxboro, Cowboy Blend, Virginia and Perique Black and they all taste different. There aren't huge differences between them, but they definately don't taste the same. I love the desert ship but some of the others don't quite cut it for me.

Yup the ship is the best, and the one I use most but I can handle the Camtel and the Maxboro when I run out of the ship, also depends on what your mixing them with if you are mixing them, also as for a analog tasting menthol adding menthol to these really taste like a menthol analog

Not sure what is going down here. There is absolutely no way that you can equate Desert Ship to any of the other 2 flavours.

Did you use a clean atty for sampling all 3?

I use Fa tobacco flavours and that are all individually unique, even fresh off the press. So as stated I am not sure what is going on here.

Well, thx for the replies. I'll have to try the 10% thing I suppose. Yes, I used a clean atty for all 3, LoL! Don't get me wrong, the flavors are different in their own way, it's like Nappy-funk spice with a dash of floral on one, then same Nappy-funk spice with a hint of pepper on the other, and finally, Nappy funk spice toned down with a hint of something else. So, a little different I guess, but all seem to have that funk, just different degrees of it.
