This is definitely a very nice go to flavor when you need a nice and creamy lightly sweet flavor. I really don't use this at anything above 3-4%. This is my favorite cream flavoring to add to almost any bakery/fruit juice. If you like those awesome bakery juices this is an absolute must have in your flavoring stash.To have such a good cream flavor without diketones is a huge plus. This also adds the nice and light hint of meringue with that sweet and creamy flavor we all enjoy with our juices. For me this is at the top of the list for adding that next element to a complete tasting (Premium) DIY. Good luck all and make up those Killa brews!!
