Where Can I Get A......? Flexible mouthpieces (rubber?)

I saw a picture of a flexible looking mouthpiece on an atomizer. It was on a mod of some type and I'm wondering what it was. Anyone know of any rubber or flexible pieces like this that would slide over say a 510 atomizer or cartridge?
