Quickly...purchased 3 at once 2 worked great and 1 flooded so much I considered building an ark. Contacted vendor for suggestions and during the process noticed some very slight scarring in the bottom hardware and figured I wasn't getting a good seal with the coil head due to this. Vendor sent me a replacement which arrived Tuesday 7/2. Was so disappointed when it flooded also but figured I would have spare parts if something happened to the other 2. Yesterday I noticed that the o-ring for the chimney was facing the opposite direction from the two that work without issue. This o-ring is pitted on one side and flat on the opposite side. I took a pair of pointed tip tweezers and flipped the o-ring over. Problem solved zero flooding issues for the past 24 hours. Actually registered with forum to pass this along (some guy went back to analogs because of his issues) BUT as of yet this my second post so limited to New Members posts at moment.

Again solution to my flooding nautilis: Chimney o-ring flipped wrong from manufacturer. O-RING NEEDS TO BE PITTED SIDE TOWARDS DRIP TIP AND FLAT SIDE TOWARDS GLASS tank.

Hope this might help others with flooding issues and as a side note have not retried original bottom hardware yet but will at next tank refill and will post results.

UPDATE: Original bottom hardware with slight machine scarring is not flooding after several hours of use.

Happy Fourth and Happy vaping
