Hey vapers.

I got 2 tfv4's, a few months apart. A SS and a black one I got later. One big difference I noticed from the bottom O ring, the first one went compleatly under the glass, and the second one the bottom O ring doesn't go under the glass and a whole tank of juice leaked out all over my x Cube 2.

If I didn't have the spare O ring from the first tank I couldn't use the second one. What I did to fix the problem was.... First I took a ring off a old drip tip, and replaced the ring at the top of the chimney. That fixed the atomizer flooding while filling issue. Second I took the bottom O ring from the first tank spare, cut the top lip off that goes inside the glass, and dropped it into the base. It seals perfectly and hasn't leaked once since. Don't know why smok thinks you have to seal around the inside of the glass, all you need is a rubber around the bottom of the glass to seal it. In fact I'm thinking of getting a piece of rubber, cutting a small piece to go in that channel around where the glass sits on top for both top and bottom, and will never have another issue. The top ring is a issue as well not sealing well at all. Just love the way this tank Vapes and wicks with both single and duel coil rba's it's to bad the O ring issues come along with it.

Let me know what you think of this idea, if you tried it, how it works. Thinking a very thin rubber would work, just have to cut a hallow circle to fit under the glass.

Hi,
Try Fasttech. Go to the E-cig section and type in O Ring in the box at the top of the page. It will show tons of O-rings. Just measure the the spot were the O ring goes and look for the size you need. I have bought a ton of O-rings from them. Pay for shipping it will take half the time it would take if you go with free shipping. We will need a caliper with metric reader.

Thing with O rings for the glass to sit on is they would have to be flat enough to use two of them, one for the top and one for the bottom. Otherwise the top cap won't Screw down far enough into the chimney and seal the O ring there. Same idea as the lemo drop rings,

Would be super easy to trace cut the rubber or silicone using the glass with a sharp exact knife.
