I like Mad Murdock's Maha Ras as an occasional vape. My palate gets sandalwood and rose as the dominant flavors, with changing secondary flavors; sometimes I get a little coconut, sometimes the tiniest bit of cherry and grapefruit. The flavors hang on for a while after vaping, so I wouldn't put it in a plastic tank and generally don't have anything but water along with it.

I've been really anxious to try all of the Murdock line, even Pluid, although I'm not a fan of anise. Maha Ras will probably be the first one I seek out now, thanks to this description. [emoji4]

The Bed of Roses at Virgin Vapor is a rose otto essential oil based smell, same as higher grade shisha, like El Fakhers Golden Line, not the El Basha, or the El Nakhla or El Waha. Absolutely no difference from the EF.

Their jasmine is dead ringer for Al Amir Jasmine, that specific brand, actual flower without the other notes. Very cloying, hard to smoke in public without a crowd sneaking up to sniff the air, I love both the rose and the jasmine.

I have Virgin Vapors Violet also, but was shooting for an English Palma Devon Violets and it's diffinately more 'dusky' and 'smokey', like an african violet, not an English one, not sweet at all, not 'bright' and I dislike it. Too much of the 'campfire' hit to it. Might mix that one, but it's sitting in a drawer right now.

On a side note, if you like Al Fakher Golden line, Eskandarani Apple, the Virgin Vapor "Originol Sin" is a close approximation. Not a 'double apple' as I would very much like to find, but the single noted flowery green hard skinned 'pithy' apple that screams 'green' at you. It's not as strong as the shisha, but is very much the same taste...
