Dr. Atul Shah is a psychiatrist at Memorial Hospital who works with smokers trying to kick the habit.
"There's no clear evidence that there are toxins in e-cigarettes. Does it help? That is yet to be proven. Studies show that 30 to 40 percent of people who use e-cigarettes have been able to stop smoking for a year," said Shah.
