Fluxo Leaking from the air tube???

I've got a brand new fluxo (2.4 reg) I filled it like normal, and the juice just dripped right out the center of the battery connector... anyone seen this before? any fix?

I've had that happen before.
I refill by removing all the rings and dripping down the side. Sometimes when I remove the final ring it pulls up the whole cup/tube assembly by a couple mm. If I reseat it all is well.
