Just received an order of fluxomizer delux 2.4-2.6 ohms. Using them on an ego 1000mah batt. Fluffed the wick, cup seal mod, and I'm diggin' it. I purchased the fluxos because it seemed to me that I could use the nichrome wire and silica rope that I have and easily repair and/or rebuild these things till forever without having to buy new ones every week/month/whatever. Please correct me if I'm wrong about that assumption. Fluxomizers come in various models (2.4ohm, 2.8ohm, 3ohm, etc). I'm guessing that these models are all exactly alike in construction except for the number of windings the coil makes around the wick. Yes? I've read that my battery may be better suited for the 2.6-2.8ohm range and would like to know that I can use the materials I have on hand to rebuild one to those specs. My thanks in advance for any helpful info.

Good advice, thanks. Actually, Im really enjoying the vape at this level. Slightly warm, good flavor. And, to my surprise, I think that the tip that came with the units actually performs better than the drip tip I purchased for them. The hole in the stock tip is much smaller, so maybe it reduces the amount of air flowing over the coils. For some reason this seems to make the flavor "pop" a little more. Could be in my head, but Im actually going to order a few of the stock tips.
