Thanks to inswva for pointing me here. I looked for the Part 2 thread but didn't find it and stupidly started a new one. Oh well, nobody ever said I was the sharpest knife in the drawer!
Today I received my first order from Focal. Shipping time wasn't too bad....2 weeks. Here's what I ordered and a brief review.
1. Dark Horse rda clone. From what I've heard this is a 1:1 clone. Seems to be according to photos I've seen. Can't say. Everything was excellent, good machine work and all parts solid and fit together perfectly. Works like a champ.
2. Freakshow rda clone. This is a similar quality RDA as the Dark Horse clone. All parts are very well made. My one gripe...machine oil! YUCK. I've bathed it in vodka and then boiled it. Maybe it's just in my head at this point or maybe Chinese machine oil is just stubborn. I still taste it some, but it's way better. This thing puts out the vapor, and with a chuff cap...dang! I put a dual coil 24g build that worked out to .3 ohms. No long inhales here. Good product aside from the oil.
3. Panzer RDA clone. It just sucks. This thing does have a nice deep well. However, the terminal posts are tiny. The holes are only big enough for a single piece of .28g wire. And with it being a 3 post deck, the only way to really do a dual coil is to use a single piece of wire and wrap your second coil with the first one installed. That is more of a pain that words can describe as the stupid little post holes are down below the top of the juice well. I wouldn't give this thing away.
I also got a little mechanical mod. Single 18650 they call the Penny mod. So named due to the US Penny image on the fire button. It works fine, nothing to get excited about. I think it has some pretty crappy connectors top and bottom....disappointing considering it's a copper mod. Oh well.
My overall experience with Focal is....whatever. I'm not impressed nor majorly disappointed. They're everything one should expect from a Chinese distributor of cheap products.

Being the no knowledge having rocket scientists that we love to hate and buy from, China and FT quickly took the bait and Footoon is in all their glory at the moment. This is proof that the cloners in China have ZERO PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE.
