I got my shipment notification for the Inoy squonker group buy yesterday.
With the price of the authentic being under $30, I never looked at the clone. It's a nice tank.Im looking at the Bellus clone, does anyone have one that can chime in if its any good?
Never got a shipping notice via email, but did see it was marked as shipped. I paid for a tracking number and the number matches no known shipping provider. Ugh!I got my shipment notification for the Inoy squonker group buy yesterday.

I found it... Deutsch post.I vaguely remember there being a note on the website or something mentioned in this thread a long time ago about tracking not being available for group buys even if you pay for it. I paid for it on my first group-buy not knowing this and of course the number was useless. Haven't paid for it since and have received everything i ordered. Not sure if things have changed but i never get the tracking anymore.
My Inoy squonker arrived on the 24th but didn't pick it up until yesterday -- had to go to the Post Office to do so since FC sent it registered mail requiring a signature. They must've upgraded shipping speed since I contacted support about the long wait, which was a nice surprise.
First impression was a bit disconcerting: for whatever reason, the power to the chip kept getting cut off whenever I made very slight changes to the position of the battery while it was installed. I was pretty bummed about that, thinking I might have to ask for a refund. Then it seemed to work just fine after about an hour, and I have no clue what I did to correct it, or if I did anything at all.
Fortunately, my particular box (logo-less version) does not reset to 60 watts after going into sleep mode, but it does bring up the "new coil [press] up, same coil [press] down" prompt, which is a tiny flaw but not as annoying as a wattage level reset would be. My two main complaints are that as others have mentioned, the bottom edge of the battery door is rather sharp, especially on the corners. The other is that when the level of the battery gets low, the supplied wattage gets throttled drastically; for example, if I have it set to 30 watts and I fire it with low battery power (according to my charger, around 3.3v or so), the actual wattage goes down to the 10-watt neighborhood and it fluctuates quite a bit, randomly, a couple times a second. At first I thought the chip might have a flaw, but swapping in a fresh battery and it was back to normal. Other minor gripes are that the squonking action isn't smooth (should be easily corrected by cutting the supply hose to the right length) and the display is a little difficult to see in sunlight, but that's about it as far as drawbacks.
For the price, it's a nifty device. Lightweight but doesn't feel too cheap, good finish (mine is brushed silver), good dimensions and the buttons have a great feel to them, especially the fire button.

Yes all focal vapemail now requires a signature
The first thing I did was cut the squonk tube. Cut it at an angle and so its just a hair above the bottom of the bottle. It squonks great. Better than my Reo actually. I would like to get another one.

ALL FOCAL VAPEMAIL NOW REQUIRES A SIGNATURE?!
Can anybody confirm differently? My last order was indeed registered mail. This is a deal breaker for me. Our mail carrier never rings the bell, and I always have to go to the PO to get registered mail. If this is in face new Focal policy, I will NOT be ordering them anymore.![]()
My last order, for one atty, did not need one. The 3 before it did. So I'm not sure what they're doing. My last one did not go through Germany, but the previous 3 did.
@Nailz
