My first sx zero just set on fire sitting in my vape stand! And I mean fire, flames shooting out! I'm very freaked out right now.

Holy cow! That's not good! Everything cool now? Was this a Hotcig SX Zero?

I sold mine last week and probably need to figure out if I should give the new owner a head's up.

Yes, it was the 50W Hotcig sx Zero. I wasn't vaping it. It was just sitting in my vape stand and suddenly there were flames. I'm finally calmed down.

I just bought the wood one last night, and I'm going to see if Doris will let me cancel.

Don't think there is a way to cancel through the site, have to contact Doris.

Aqua v2. Believe it or not, its ok. I threw it on the couch on my way to the door, threw the sleeve on the floor and ripped out the battery, then threw the mod into the snow.

Had a couple of battery meltdowns with mechs, nothing as bad as fire, but you think you would be safer with these regulated mods with the built in safety features, but that doesn't seem to be the case though.

Yeah, here I was trying to go to more regulated, but now I'm feeling mechs are safer!

I really liked that mod, too. Now I'm afraid of my other one.

Yep, no batteries in unattended mods ever again. It will be a pain to pull them all all the time, but, yeah, it could've burned the house down.

When you have had as many birthdays as I have they just become a regular day and nothing to celebrate.

I don't know why they didn't mention to me that they had arrived. They normally tell me about all the new arrivals.
If I had known they were here, I would have let you and the others know about it as I have seen the interest in this mod.

I hear ya .. I don't really care much about my own Birthday .. If they had told you that the Wood Zero had arrived to the warehouse then I would have harassed Doris while she was on Holiday to get it listed.

Well they are finally here now after a very long wait ... I just hope it was worth it.

Dang that's terrible. I'm glad you're OK and no other damage was done. Guess it's time to start rethinking regulated mod safety.

Yeah, I've also decided any future mods need to have quick access to the battery. Had I not gotten it out on my way to the door, it might have exploded. And I also think pulling it stopped the fire (although it may have been the snow).
