The zenith 2.5 clone is a decent bottom feed atty that's not expensive. Angelcigs ran a clearance sale a while back where they were $5 a piece.

FWIW, FC has a group buy for the Owl bottom feeder mod/atty. Price is $21.90 US, if you already bought it, FC will be sending you an email w/info on getting back the difference. That seems pretty good- I mean, not many vendors refund your money when they sell it for less. Imma get one just because...
I use two authentic Derringers modified for BF, an Odin, an Origen V3 with the BF pin, and will be receiving a REMatty modified for BF tomorrow. None of these were inexpensive though. I used to own two of the Zenith 2.5 clones and they worked very well.
Cigreen makes a BF Derringer clone which is supposed to be pretty decent.

I'm lucky that friends have given me an Atomic clone, Divo and Cyclone.
Going to look for those Derringer clones though. I want to try that.
I know the cyclone seems the most popular, but to expensive for me though, think I will wait till I get it, and if like the general idea with the atty that comes with it, then will look into the Derringer clone too.
I couldn't resist the smokeless owl after the price drop. Just went with the GB since I'm not really in a hurry for it.

Might have to pick one of those BF in the US warehouse to see how it goes. I'll convert one of Origen V2 drippers into a bottom feeder.
Robbed the piggy bank to get in on the group buy for my first bottom feeder. Have wanted one for some time but the vape budget has never been to where a Reo made good sense and the Gripper style BFs didn't appeal to me.
In the meantime I have an old Patriot that I will drill out and slot in case the included BF RBA doesn't cut it.

I think its Lock - Unlock - Lock if you're talking about what I think you are.
Okay, makes sense. I thought there might be three positions but maybe there's just two, with the center pict-o-g being a representation of... something... other than a switch position.
ETA Wondering why the outer picts aren't the same if they're both "locked". Maybe just the camera angle. In any event I'll know soon enough when it gets here (went w/group buy- not in any hurry).

There was a video link on the product pages for the Smokeless Owl yesterday but it seems to have disappeared; I did watch it though, and it appears the locking "ring" is also the firing switch.

I decided to go with the group buy in white to save the $5 since I can be patient with this one. The extra 2-3 weeks shouldn't be too bad, and it gets a tracking number. Found it a little amusing that my purchase confirmation showed "random air mail."

I see now it's a combo fire button/lock, and the engravings are just as ThunderDan said- "Locked-Unlocked-Locked".
Right now I am really kicking myself for not picking up that Origen V2 BF that I saw in the classies over a month ago. First off I have always loved the look of the Origen, but I also knew that I would eventually try a BF device too.
The irony of FC getting this Smokeless Owl is that I was literally just advising Waidea to make a BF device as they seem to be making a rise in popularity lately. FC asked me if I wanted to review the Smokeless Owl and I am game .. not really jazzed on the box design, but I like the look of the BF atty and their video of it looked promising so I am looking forward to it.
Err .. that Group Buy was cancelled, so if you did not receive a refund or notice of cancellation then I suggest that you contact Doris ASAP and find out why you were not notified of the cancelled Group Buy
Only a matter of time before we start seeing a lot of the VF's clones as bottom feeder mods, I might be tempted if this Owl works out ok, had zero problems with my kangxin VF and the finish is holding up good, not a mark on it still
