I picked a couple up and read a lot of the big post but it was difficult to pull everyone's favorites. Personally I am looking for flavor but still chasing the best build.

So far the one that has been working the best for me is dual twisted 30 @ 1 ohm but I am hoping to get some recommendations. I personally wet the wick and cut it so it lays right in front, almost touching the channels but nothing in them or blocking. I have had no problem with flooding or dry hits.

If you have pictures to post I sure that would be helpful too.

I've got mine wrapped in 30 around 1.4ohms. I wet the wick and have them slightly in the channels, just the very top. I've had no problems with flooding or dry hits, though my juice has kind of gone flat. Little or no taste. I'm thinking it's because it's been laying around for a while. I'm not really sure if this atty has a sweet spot or just works well with all builds.

I have the fogger with tiny juice channels and big deck. Until recently I, like you just placed tails over channels with maybe a few strands barely into them, just to keep them there. That worked really good but I wanted to be able to get the wick down the channels so I bored them out. I now place tails down like intended, tbh it's really no difference. My favorite set up in the fogger is 27g at 4.5 ohms. I used a 1.8mm diameter with each coil being 7 wraps. I also use this in my aquas, I find it heats fast and provides great flavor and vapor.

are you say .4 or .5 ohms or are actually saying 4.5ohms? That would officially be the highest coil i've read anyone actually using.

.4 to .5, not 4.5ohms. With dual coils the latter would be a bit to high imo. In my fogger and aqua each coil has a resistance of about .9 ohms so total resistance is half. I see my mistake, thanks for noticing buddy.
