I think I looked for a way when I first joined ecf but never found it. I just increase the zoom level (easily done with holding control button down and moving the scroll wheel) when I am on the laptop and my phone I can set to larger fonts. I like being able to change it manually because as the night goes on. . . my font's tend to get bigger.

I look forward to find out it there is a way. Great question.

It depends on the browser. In FireFox <CTRL> + increases the overall page size and the fonts increase along with it. <CTRL> - to reduce it back again. FireFox also has a menu option to increase text size only without enlarging the overall page. Which method works best depends on the page/site you are viewing.

This applies to most browsers.

And easier way is to hold down the control key on your keyboard and scroll your mouse wheel.
